Description:

Around 1 mile from Bridlington’s sea front and the long golden beach, this property is in a peaceful area with many attractions just a short distance away. The layout of the property is all on one level, with a tasteful, welcoming décor flowing throughout. You also have the convenience of off road parking on the driveway leading up to the property. With a large enclosed garden, including a lawn to the rear of the property, as well as a patio to the front, it is ideal for unwinding on a summer evening, enjoying a barbecue together or slipping into the swirling water of your own private hot tub.

Inside, you have a well-equipped kitchen where you can create lovingly made home cooked meals together. There is a large, open-plan living/dining room with glass doors opening out onto the patio, bathing the room in light. The master bedroom boasts plenty of storage for all of your belongings, with a large TV as well as an en-suite shower room. There is also a double bedroom, with built in wardrobes, plus a twin room which can be made up as a double on request. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

This is a great choice for couples, families or even close friends looking to explore the Yorkshire coast. Your dog is welcome to join you too, and they will be delighted by the walks nearby. Just a gentle 30-minute stroll to the North Beach in Bridlington, where you can enjoy traditional fish and chips, pick up the land train into town or stroll along the golden sand. If you are keen on fishing, you can fish from the beach or hire a day trip on a boat from the harbour. Bring your catch back and cook it for tea on the barbecue.

Nearby you have the impressive Georgian stately home of Sewerby Hall with its beautiful gardens. There are golf courses at Sewerby for pitch and putt, or a proper round if you fancy playing golf. There are family attractions at the Bridlington Leisure Centre a short distance away, including a swimming pool with fun slides and the clip and climb walls. The Bridlington Spa hosts many shows, or meet the creatures at Bridlington Animal Park. From the harbour there are several boat trips, from the fast and furious to bird spotting tours.

For avid nature lovers, walkers and those who love the outdoors, there’s Danes Dyke, South Landing, Flamborough Head and light house, and Bempton Cliff RSPB Nature Reserve not far away, with the Yorkshire Wolds and Yorkshire Moors a little further. Locally, there are several houses of historic interest, including Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall. Scarborough is not far away, where you can watch the motorbike racing at Oliver Mount, go to the Stephen Joseph Theatre or the Open Air Theatre. Both Hull and York are an easy drive, with many galleries, museums, an aquarium, horse racing and shopping. There is something nearby for everyone.
