This property really stands out, it is incredibly well furnished and there are some lovely personal touches. The location is lovely and the coastline is beautiful all year round with lots to see and do.

On warm summer days, the large garden circling around the property is ideal to enjoy an evening BBQ, and gives you a sense of privacy and tranquillity from the outside world. You approach the property via the sweeping gravelled driveway with plenty of parking for everyone. This grand house is pleasing to the eye both outside and in, beautifully presented by the owners who have taken extra steps to ensure this is a holiday to remember, with a little touch of luxury. Stepping over the threshold into the entrance hallway, you will be welcomed by high ceilings and tasteful decor with both flair and character. The magnificent living and dining area is perfect for entertaining in an evening, with comfortable seating for everyone to gather together. Sit back and relax on the sofas, enjoying a movie night, planning the days ahead or getting competitive over a board game. Dinner at the dining table is a delight, to have everyone around the sweeping long table makes every meal time a special occasion. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to create culinary delights to share. There’s also a down stairs utility room which can be used for your laundry on longer stays, as well as a shower room. This is a great choice for families and groups of friends looking to celebrate a special occasion or just spending quality time together creating treasured memories. Just a gentle stroll to the North Beach in Bridlington where you can enjoy traditional fish and chips, pick up the land train into town or stroll along the golden sand. If you are keen on fishing, you can fish from the beach, hire a day trip on a boat from the harbour, bring your catch back and cook it for tea on the barbecue.

Nearby you have the impressive Georgian stately home of Sewerby Hall with beautiful gardens. There are golf courses at Sewerby for pitch and putt, or a proper round if you fancy playing golf. There are family attractions at the Bridlington Leisure Centre a short distance away, including the swimming pool with fun slides and the clip and climb walls. The Bridlington Spa hosts many shows or meet the creatures at the Bridlington’s Animal Park. From the harbour there are several boat trips from the fast and furious to bird spotting tours. For avid nature lovers, walkers and those who love the outdoors, there’s Danes Dyke, South Landing, Flamborough Head and light house, and Bempton Cliff RSPB Nature Reserve not far away, with the Yorkshire Wolds and Yorkshire Moors a little further.
Locally, there are several houses of historic interest as well as Sewerby Hall, you have Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall. Scarborough is not far away where you can watch the motorbike racing at Oliver Mount or go to Stephen Joseph Theatre in the Round. Both Hull and York are an easy drive with many galleries, museums, aquarium, horse racing and shopping. Beach 1 mile. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
